I find it difficult to eat salad without a bit of dressing, but find a lot of "healthy" store bought ones a bit uninspiring - so I had a go at my own and it turned out to be quite delicious.

Put them into a blender and blend for around 1 minute.

Check for flavour and add more ingredients to suit your taste. Enjoy with a lovely salad.

I totally agree @MALContentKiwi , I can't eat salad without dressing either and store ones are always uninspiring. Love this recipe. I will have to make a batch once I get some mustard in next.
