Steps

Take a nonstick pan add milk powder, suji,milk and mix well without switching the gas on

Now add ghee and milk and mix well without switching the gas as given picture then switch on the gas and you will notice the milk will get thick.

When the milk becomes thick switch off the gas. Now take it in a different bowl don't let it cool at this position add powdered sugar and mix well.

Now it is time to make the modaks Take a pinch of a ball-sized Rava mixture form a cylindrical shape and then shape to modak by pressing down gently. using a fork, design the modak and Modak is ready to serve.
