  • For the noodles
  • 4pocket mie goreng / noodles
  • As RequiredWater
  • For vegetables
  • 2onion sliced
  • 1capsicum chopped
  • 1 cupcabbage chopped
  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1 cupmoong sprouts
  • 1 cupgreen onion spring
  • For meat
  • 200 gmschicken breast
  • 200 gmsprawn
  • For sauce
  • 3 tbsptomato ketchup
  • 2 tbspsoy sauce/ sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp
  • 2 tbspoysters sauce
  • For spices
  • 4Red chilli
  • 2 tspGround chilli paste
  • 1gloves garlic minced
  • 2egg
  • As RequiredSalt
  • 1 tsppepper powder
  • 1/4 cupoil(ground nut / sesame)

Steps

Pre 20 mins cooking 20 mins
  1. 1

    Place it all the ingredients together.
    Next, cook the noodles in boiling water until they are soft. Then drain the water and set it aside.
    Chopped all the vegetables set aside.
    Wash the chicken and prawn and set them aside.

    Heat oil in a nonstick pan and add prawns, and chicken and add salt and stir fry in oil until tender.

    For the sauce: whisk all the sauce together and set it aside.

    Once the chicken and prawn cooked well. Then add onion and garlic and fry it well.
    Next add red chili, beans sprouts, carrots, capsicum, cabbage, and salt mix it well. Stir it for 5 minutes.

    Then add chili paste stirring it for two more minutes.

    Move everything to one side of a pan. Scramble the egg on the other side stirring it for two minutes.

    Then pour in sauce and noodles and mix it well. and stir everything together. then allow for the noodles to fry and crispy.

    Finally, add spring onion and mix it well. Remove from heat and Serve.
