Modak are favorite food of lord Ganesha. During Ganesh chaturti people used to cook different types of modak to serve as bhog to Lord Ganesha. Here presented another delicious recipe
Steps

Take a vessel. Add rava and dry roast it for 3-4 mnts.

Take another pan. Add milk in it. Make it lukewarm then add clarified butter and saffron leaves in it.

Then add this milk mixture to dry roasted rava and mix it well.

Then add some chopped dry fruits, sugar, dessicated coconut, Elaichi powder and mix it properly. Switch off gas and cover it for 10 mnts.

Take a pan add jaggery in it and melt it on low flame and some chopped dry fruits. Our stuffing is ready

Now uncover the rava mixture and shift it in big plate. Knead this mixture in a dough.

Now make lemon size balls. Place these balls on greased modak mould on both side and put some stuffing in center. Then press mould gently.

Now demould modak in a plate to serve as bhog to Lord Ganesha.
