Soups are a healthy way to include veggies and dals in our diet.Today I have present spinach and moong dal soup which is a good source of fiber and extremely beneficial for health.
Steps

Rinse and soaked the dal for 15-20 minutes
Clean and wash the spinach leaves and roughly chopped them. In a sauce pan add 2 cups of water add turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt add spinach leaves and give it a boil.
Remove From heat strain it and allow to cool
Then transfer the blanched spinach in grinding jar and make a smooth paste. - 2
Take a pressure cooker add oil heat it. Add cumin seeds saute few seconds add onion cooked for 1 minute then add chopped tomato and salt.cook until tomato turn soft.

Now add soaked moong dal and spinach puree. add crushed black pepper and cumin powder, add 1 cup water,cover the lid and pressure cook for 2 whistle over medium flame.turn off the flame and release the pressure naturally. Open the cooker mix with a ladle.

Transfer this soup in serving bowl,sprinkle little bit cumin powder serve hot.
