Firstly heat ghee into the pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.

Now add chopped onion and fry until golden pink, then add chopped tomato and until mashy. Further, add spices and cook until becomes ghee separate.

Now add chopped tori and arbi. cover with a pressure cooker lid and cook with 2 whistles. Ready simple sabzi served with chapati or paratha and enjoy!
