Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour (about 250 grams)
  • 1 teaspooninstant yeast
  • 2eggs
  • 3/4 cupmilk (200 ml)
  • 1 tablespoonsugar
  • Oil, as needed, for frying the buñuelos

    Place the flour, yeast, and eggs in a bowl and mix together.

    Add the milk and sugar, then stir well until combined.

    Heat enough oil in a skillet (about 1 1/2 cups or 350 ml, depending on the size of your skillet). Drop spoonfuls of dough into the hot oil.

    Fry until golden brown on both sides, then remove and drain the excess oil.

    This recipe makes about 20 pieces. Serve and enjoy.
