Chicken Breast Strips on a Bed of Mixed Salad

Heat a grill pan to temperature.

Meanwhile, wash and clean the green lettuce and radicchio, place them in a colander, and let them dry.

Once the grill pan is hot, sprinkle some salt over the entire surface to prevent the meat from sticking.

Place the chicken slices on the pan, season with salt and oregano, and cook until well browned.

Flip the chicken slices and repeat the process.

Once the lettuce and radicchio are dry, chop them and place in a bowl. Season with salt, extra virgin olive oil, and vinegar.

Mix the salad well and place it on each serving plate.

Once the chicken is ready, turn off the heat, place it on a cutting board, slice into strips, and arrange the strips on the bed of salad.
