Steps

Take a pot put meat and 2 glass if water in it and add all spices expect garam masala

Cut onion in thin slices add it in meat

Peel off garlic add in meat cut ginger in thin slices Add it

Cut tomatoes in 2 pieces and put them on meat

Add two cups of water and close the preasure cooker for 20 to 30 mint

Now meat will b tendered remove the tomatoes skin away and mix them in meat

At this point add yogurt and gram masala in it and cook it until it leaves oil

Garnish with fresh coriander green chilies and ginger slices

Serve with garam garam roti and remember me in prayers 😃😃😍😍
