Fried fish in palm oil stew🍽🐟

Fried fish in palm oil stew🍽🐟
Steps
- 1
Wash fish with water & lemon to remove slime from the fish. If you don’t have lemon you can use vinegar instead, cut them into cylinder shape as seen below 👇🏻
- 2
Then spread them on a carton or paper to allow all the water to drip out for 40 minutes or 1 hour sprinkle salt on the fish chunks when they are dry, heat up some oil in a pan & fry the fish on both sides until brown.
- 3
Strain from oil, add into food of choice like stew, soup, sauce or rice. I added mine in palm oil stew & served with rice & beans. 😋😋😋recipe below👇🏻enjoy! Bonne appetite, happy eating!!!
