Steps

Add ghee to kadai and add suji. Saute till we get the sweet smell. Transfer to a plate.

Add water to Kadai. Add saffron strands, and sugar and bring to boil. Once the water boils add suji to it and mix well.

Add ghee to a small pan and roast cashews and raisins. Once golden add in Kadai and mix well.
- 4
Add cardamom powder and mix. Serve hot.
