Preheat the oven. Pour half the pouch of cajeta into a flan mold. In a blender, add the eggs and evaporated milk.

Add the sweetened condensed milk and a splash of vanilla extract. Blend until all the ingredients are completely smooth.

Pour the blended mixture into the flan mold. Bake in a water bath (bain-marie) on the stovetop or in the oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. After baking, remove from heat and let cool before unmolding. Run a knife around the edge to loosen, then invert to unmold.
