  • 200 gmsweet potato
  • 2 cuppalm sugar
  • 2Elaichi
  • 2 tsp ghee
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 10Cashew
  • 15raisin

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Scrap the skin of sweet potato🥔 and pressure cook it with milk, palm sugar, Elaichi, ghee

    Once cooked mash the it to smooth paste

    In pan add ghee and fry the cashew, raisins and pour it in the mashed potatoes and boil it for 5 minutes
