Granny Tania’s potato pancakes
This is a recipe from my grandma in Belarus.

Peel all potatoes, if they are too big cut into 4 pieces

Grate on medium grater

Add egg, flour and spices, 2 tbsp of flour if potatoes give a lot of water
- 4
Mix all till it reminds a dough, I prefer to do it with just fork

Use big table spoon to put it on oiled frying pan on medium heat. Turn when edges are brown
- 6
Serve in large dish from where people can take as much pancakes as they want to eat it with sour cream. As drink I recommend milk.
