Clean the mushrooms by keeping under running water. remove the stalk Use the stalk for preparing stock. Boil water in a saucepan; add the stock cook over medium high heat for 5 minutes. Strain. use the water as stock when preparing the sauce.

Over medium high heat Boil water in a kadai with salt. and 1 tbsp oil. Oil would prevent ravioli sticking with each other. Add ravioli to it. It will float after cooking. Remove with a slotted spoon to get rid of water and place in a large bowl

Make the sauce. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat, Saute onions until translucent. Add mushrooms and sauté until dehydrated. Add tomatoes and garlic and cook for 5 minutes.. Add 2 cups of mushroom stock. After boiling, lower the heat and simmer for 10 minutes.

Add milk and stir for 4 minutes. Add cheese, simmer. Let the chees melt. Add salt and stir. Mix everything well and when the sauce is ready add oregano, basil, and parsley and turn off the stove.

Pour the sauce over the ravioli in the bowl. Sprinkle pepper powder. If you like cheese add 1/2c shredded cheese. Keep the bowl in microwave. cook until the cheese melts. Ravioli looks delicious and aromatic with s[lky smooth cream sauce Taste and serve. If desired, sprinkle some more cheese on top while eating.
