Take potatoes and remove the skin from them and cut them into slices or your choice.

Take the pressure cooker and now add the oil, mustard, and Cumin seeds plus hing and shallow fry the potatoes next add tomatoes and stir fry them together for a few minutes.

Now add salt and other spices to the sabji and add around 3/4 glass of water and cook and give 2-3 whistles.

Lastly, top up with Coriander leaves and serve them hot in your meals.
