Breakfast Cheesecake
If I could skip my meal and go straight to dessert, I would. But since we need those nutrients, I decided to come up with a recipe that would let me have dessert for breakfast.
Breakfast Cheesecake
If I could skip my meal and go straight to dessert, I would. But since we need those nutrients, I decided to come up with a recipe that would let me have dessert for breakfast.
Steps
- 1
Mash the banana and mix in the oats.
- 2
Divide the mixture into two ramekins. Evenly spread it out to cover the base of the dish.
- 3
Bake the crust in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 5-7 minutes. Once done, leave to cool.
- 4
While the base is cooling, mix the cream cheese, yogurt, juice, and protein powder together. Make sure these are well combined and free from lumps.
- 5
Add in the pudding mix and stir until the mixture thickens slightly.
- 6
Pour the filling over the cooled cheesecake base and smoothen the top.
- 7
Top the cheesecakes with fruit.
- 8
Chill the cheesecake overnight (or for at least a few hours) to allow it to set.
- 9
Enjoy the next morning!
