  • 2 cubesMaggi
  • Tomatoes
  • Red scotch bonnet Pepper
  • 2medium size Green bell pepper
  • Cray fish
  • Curry
  • 2Locust beans
  • Beef
  • Liver
  • Panla fish
  • Palm oil
  • Salt
  • Onions
  • Rice
  • Eggs

Steps

  1. 1

    Season beef and liver with knorr, salt and some pepper and steam, set aside meat stock
    After steaming cut meat and liver into pieces

  2. 2

    Blend roughly the tomatoes, scotch bonnet pepper and green bell pepper, slice onions

  3. 3

    Bleach palm oil carefully

  4. 4

    When oil is bleached fry cut meat and liver, remove them and stir fry smoked panla fish for a short while then remove it set all aside

  5. 5

    In the bleached oil add locust beans, stir fry, add the onion and roughly blended pepper and tomatoes, add meat stock, boiled eggs and allow to cook

  6. 6

    Add knorr seasoning, curry, crayfish, salt to taste, allow to cook then add the fried beef, liver and panla, allow to simmer and it’s ready 🤤 serve with boiled white rice
