For kofta take grated lauki add salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, jeera powder,amchur powder and ginger garlic paste mix it. Fry in oil like pakodas.

For gravy. In a Kadhai add oil, add jeera and onion. Cook till the raw smell of onion goes add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree cook for 1 min.

Add dry masala and salt cook for 1 min add little water. Add malai for extra taste. Add koftas cook for 1 min
