Moong Dal, Veggies Idlis

Any steamed food is definitely heathy. It depends on the ingredients we use. Idlis are made here as usual with steam and less oil. I have used yellow lentil and rice soaked for three hours, ground them and allow for natural fermentation, overnight. Used some chopped veggies like green bell pepper, carrot and serve with masoor dal sambar. This is very nice and tasty as well as healthy breakfast.
