For Crepe batter - in a bowl add the dry ingredients of refined flour, sugar and salt, mix and add wet ingredients of eggs, and milk, and whisk well

Whisk and strain to have a lump-free batter, set aside

For Walnut filling - in a pan add milk, sugar, and vanilla essence and bring it to boil, when it boils add walnut powder and crushed walnut

Cook for 5 mins mixing well and set aside. Filling is ready

In a pan take one ladle of the batter and add and spread evenly, on medium flame cook for 2 mins

Flip sides and cook for 1 min, set aside. Complete the batches

On the Crepe smear the walnut filling evenly, fold half and fold half again and set aside

Plate with sliced bananas and blueberries and raspberries and enjoy a healthy breakfast
