Ingredients

  • 1 cupthin poha
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • As Per TasteBlack salt
  • 1 tspSugar
  • For tempering
  • 1 tspoil
  • 1 tspMustard seeds
  • 3Dry red chilli
  • As RequiredCoriander leaves for garnish
  • As RequiredAlmonds few

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a sieve and wash poha under tap drain water and keep it aside for 5 min.

  2. 2

    Mix all ingredients and transfer to a serving bowl.

  3. 3

    Tempering
    Heat oil adds mustard seeds red chili and almonds saute for a few seconds.

  4. 4

    Pour it over poha.
    Garnish with coriander leaves
    Serve immediately.
