Bread slices are coated with besan batter flavoured with spinach leaves and spices and deep fried.
My family favourite tea time snacks!

Traditional popular delicious easy to prepare savoury snacks.. Bread pakora.
Bread slices are coated with besan batter flavoured with spinach leaves and spices and deep fried.

Steps

In mixing bowl add besan, chopped spinach, onion, salt, green chilli ginger paste, red chilli powder, whole corainder seeds. Mix well and add little little water to make smooth pakora batter.

Cut bread slices in triangular pieces.

Heat oil for frying. Add baking soda in prepared besan spinach batter. On it squeeze lemon juice. Mix well.

Dip 1 bread triangular piece in pakora batter, coat evenly, gently drop in hot oil.

Deep fry on medium-low flame till crispy golden. Similarly prepare all spinach Bread Pakoras.

Serve Relish Delicious Hot Spinach -Bread Pakora with green corainder chutney and tomato ketchup.
