Steps

Slice palak, onion, curry leaves, and coriander leaves.

In a bowl add besan flour, rice flour, cooking soda, salt, chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix it well. add the sliced ones into it. Mix it well. Add water accordingly. Mix well

Take a pan and keep it on the stove. Once the pan heats, add oil, once the oil heats, fry the batter like pakora in the oil. Fry until it becomes golden brown

Take it into a plate or bowl and enjoy hot pakora with tea.
