In a pan add ghee, add garlic,add ginger,add asafoetida,add onion puree,add tomato puree mix it well.now add boiled lauki and boiled chana dal mix it again.now add some spices like red chilli powder,add salt,add coriander powder mix it well and water now boil for 2 min.

Now take a pan add ghee,add cumin seeds,add dry red chilli tadka is ready.give a tadka to dal.
