  • 1 n half cupMilk
  • 4Dates
  • 1Banana
  • 1 tbspHoney (optional)

  1. 1

    Roast the Oats on low flame in a Kadai. Remove from heat. Powder it.

    Remove the seed of the dates & soak it in half a cup of milk. Then add the powdered Oats.
    Blend it with Banana & remaining milk & honey.

    Transfer it into a serving glass.
