Next the boiled potatoes in a big pan and put some salt and red chilli powder and 1 cup bread crumbs and corn flour and mix them well. Make them in dough form.

Now take the small piece of dough and make them in round tikki shape.

Now take another bowl and mix the corn flour and water to make liquid solution. Dip the raw tikki pieces in that solution and after that in dry grind bread crumbs.

Put these pieces in a big tray and keep it in refrigerator for 30 mins. Aloo tikki is ready and fry and serve.
