Take a fry pan and prepare the tadka by adding cooking oil and chopped onions in pan. Make them fry and now add garam masala red chilli powder and salt.

Now take another Bowl and curd and mix it well. Hotel in fry Pan and turn on the flame. Heat this mixture till it becomes dark yellow.

Now at fenugreek seeds in that solution and heated for 5 to 10 minutes. Now prepare the rice in another pan.

Eat the rice for 15 to 20 minutes by covering the laid after that turn off the flame and so bit in a plate by garnishing the cury with the tadka mixture.
