Wash barly till clear water.

Cook in pressure cooker with double water till 3whistle.

Cool it and lightly blend it on pulse just to coarse paste.

Add curd and salt and mix it.prepare tadka with ghee mustard seeds jeera, curry leaves,hing mix it prepared barly mixture adjust the consistency.
