This is a Nigerian snack, my younger sis loves fish roll so much so i surprised her with it on a saturday.

This is a Nigerian snack, my younger sis loves fish roll so much so i surprised her with it on a saturday.

To make the dough pour in flour, baking powder,salt,sugar and mix the dry ingredients very well.add in the water to form a dough

Then allow to rest and then prepare the filling.

To make the filling wash the fish cut it and then cook it with little water add in some ginger and heedah 3 in 1 mixed spice.

Then allow to cool then remove the torns. and diced the onions and groud the scotch bonnet

Put the onions in a pan and the scotch bonnet then allow to simmer

Add in the seasoning and the heedah 3 in 1 mixed spice then grate the carrot and finally the shredded fish.

Roll the dough into flat circle shape then add in the fish and then roll it, and rub some water at the edge of the dough to prevent it from opening when being fried.
