Wash poha to Keep moist.

In pan, Add oil, when hot add mustard seed and curry leaves 🍃, saute when seed starts to splutter then add onion and green chilli. Saute till onion become pink and soft.

Add spice and saute for 2 min than pohe, mix well and gently. On slow flame cook pohe for 3 min. Than add sugar and lemon juice. Mix well and serve.
