Hello foodie friends.here I am going to share delicious and nutritious thick shake recipe without ice cream. Which you can have your main meal. Keep full your tummy for longer time also.
Steps

Take peanuts in mixture Jaar and churn it till oil release.

Now add oats, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate and jaggery powder and churn it.

After add Apple and milk or water and churn it.

Add ice cubes in glass and pour shake in glass. Garnish with chocolate.

Our healthy thick shake is ready to serve enjoy.
