Ingredients

25 minutes

8 portion

100 gsoftened butter/marg
175 gcaster sugar
2ripe bananas
225 gself raising flour
1 tspbaking powder
2 tbspmilk
2eggs
Chocolate chunks. Tesco

Steps

25 minutes

Measure all the ingredients and mix together to a nice paste.

Pour into prepared oiled bread tin and cook for 25 minutes at 180 c in oven.
Keep an eye 👁️ on it.

Goes nice with a latte.
It's so moist you don't need to spread marg on.

I love to cook and bake I usually just wing it, I just guess weigh sometimes, but usually turns out okay.
