1 bagshell pasta
1 clovegarlic
as neededoil
1onion
2red tomatoes
salt to taste
14 ozground beef (about 400 grams)
as neededchicken broth
1small bunch celery
2 cupswater (about 1/2 liter)

Heat a deep pot with a tablespoon of oil.

Add the bag of shell pasta to the pot and toast it without burning.

Once it's somewhat toasted, add the ground beef and let it cook a little.

Roast the tomatoes, then place them in a mortar with the onion and salt (to taste) and grind them.

Add the tomato mixture to the pasta along with a teaspoon of chicken broth and the celery cut into small pieces, before adding the water, to let everything season.

Stir well, add the boiled water, and let it cook for 20 minutes, and it's ready.

And it's ready to taste! 😊
