Ingredients

  1. Halfgolden penny macaroni
  2. Carrots
  3. Green beans
  4. 2Eggs
  5. 2tomatoes
  6. 3cut red peppers
  7. Salt
  8. cubesKnorr maggi
  9. Curry(optional
  10. Dry black pepper
  11. Thyme(optional

Steps

20minutes
  1. 1

    Add a spoon of oil in boiling water and cook the macaroni for 10minutes (you can boil your eggs together with your macaroni)

  2. 2

    When it's cooked drain the water from the macaroni and set it aside (peel your eggs and set aside as well)

  3. 3

    Prepare and cut your carrots, green beans, tomatoes, pepper.

  4. 4

    Heat oil on fire and add in your onions first and allow to fry for 30secs before adding in your tomatoes. Allow your tomatoes fry for about a minute before adding your carrots and green beans

  5. 5

    Add your salt, maggi, curry and thyme at this point and taste. Allow to fry for a bit and add in your macaroni and and mix

  6. 6

    Taste again for flavour and add more if needed. Cut your eggs into pieces and add.
    Remove from fire
