Sandesh is a famous dessert from West Bengal, Kolkata in particular and we have Korapak or hard Sandesh where shelf life is long and we have Narampak or soft Sandesh where shelf life is short. I made in Steamed method which is healthy and popular and I made with Gandharaj Lebu or Lime which has a distinctive aroma and less in juice. Pls do try and I assure you that you shall make more often than usual

In a blender add Chena, Milk, Powdered sugar and blend smooth

Take a mould and grease and add the Chena-milk paste to it, even with a ladle and add Gandharaj Lebu zest.

In double boiler method steam on low flame for 30 mins, set aside and cool in room temperature

Refrigerate for 1 hr

Demould and cut into squares

Plate and enjoy a classic from Bengal
