I can have this dessert any time of the day and unlimited 😋...and I never forget to keep some portion of this dessert for my dad..his most favourite dessert ..who is not physically with me now..😒....

To begin with, rinse and soak ragi overnight & next morning drain the water. add into the blender along with fresh coconut and cardamom.

Add a glass of water..churn and extract milk.using seive..repeat this same process for 2-3 times (with less water 1/4 cup)

Heat up a saucepan add extracted ragi milk. keep stirring on low flame. it starts to thicken at this stage add ghee and jaggery. keep stirring until mixture starts to leave the edges of the pan.

Shift mixture in to the greased plate or tray.let it cool completly.cut in to desired shape and enjoy this delicious healthy jelly type dessert. you won't be able to stop at 1 piece.do try it 😃🤤
