First separate the soya chaap in all sticks or cutting the small pieces, fry in hot oil, transfer in big bowl and add curd,butter and chaat masala. mix and marrinate for 10 minutes.

Next shallow fry sliced onions fry till golden brown. cool it down and add in mixer jar with chopped tomato pieces,green chilli,ginger garlic.

Then grind it all together to a smooth paste. keep aside and add two tbsp oil in another wok.

First add whole spices,stir fry few seconds and add tomato onion paste and salt. cook for 1 minute and add all spices again. cook for 4 minutes in wok.

Now add marrinated soya chaap and water. cook the soya chaap gravy for about 5-6 minutes. cover the lid

Add kasuri methi and garam masala. serve in serving bowl cream on top. goes well with paratha, chapati and boiled rice.😋😊👌👍🏻
