Make a thick lump free batter with all the ingredients listed under it. Keep it covered for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, give it a light stir.

Pour a tablespoon of the batter into each groove of the Appam Patra or Pan. Cover and cook for 2 to 3 minutes for each batch.

Follow the same for all Appe until the batter is used up fully. Serve with any Chutney of your choice at tea time as a delightful Snack. Enjoy!
