1 Mix melted butter, curd, baking soda and knead
2 Add maida, little sugar and knead as dough
3. Take the dough and roll it into small balls.
4. Lightly pat small balls and press them in the center to make a hollow.

.5 Boil 1 cup of sugar and 1 cup of water in a pan.
6. When sugar melts, add cardamom powder and saffron.
7. Bring the sugar syrup mixture to a boil, turn off the stove when the syrup thickens like kulobjamun sugar syrup.

8. Now deep fry the bhdushas until golden brown in medium heat. The middle of the Badusha should be well cooked.
9. Dip the fried bhadushas in jeera and soak for 2-3 minutes.
10. Add 4 tablespoon of grated coconut to the pan and fry for 2 minutes, add a pinch of yellow food color and fry until the moisture in the coconut is gone.

11. now Place the colored coconut in the center of the Bhdusha and decorate it.
12. Now the delicious, Badusha is ready to serve
