Wash peel and cut the brinjal into thin slices prepare masala in a wok.

Heat oil add chopped onions fry it on medium flame till golden brown then add tomatoes and ginger garlic paste.cook it for 5mins.

Now add dry spices and cook it until oil separated. Add brinjal slices and mix upside-down. Then cover it with lid on low heat

Add quarter cup water and let it simmer. Till water dried up and brinjal become soft. Add green chilies. Squeeze lemon in it. And serve it with chapati.
