Green Chutney
Steps

First, chop the coriander and mint and then wash them thoroughly with water. Then add coriander, mint, green chilies, ginger, salt, sugar, and lemon juice and crush them in a mixer jar.

Crush the chutney by adding as much cold water as required. Mix well after crushing.

The green chutney is ready, you can store the chutney in the freezer.

Note- Ice can be used instead of cold water, it will retain the green color of the chutney.
