Crispie Rolls
Steps

Peel and mash boiled potatoes. Add chopped coriander leaves, green chilli and grated ginger. Mix all dry masale ingredients and mix well.

Now divide this mixture into 6 equal parts. Make rolls with it.

Now take a bread slixe. Dip it in water filled bowl and squeeze carefully between your palms and remove all excess water.

Keep the potato roll on it and cover it carefully by bringing its edges together as shown in pic below.

Like wise make all the rolls. Rest for 30 minutes.

Heat cooking oil in a wok. Deep fry rolls in medium heat till crispie golden brown colour. Fry 2 rolls at a time. Like wise fry all rolls and remove in a plate.

Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or sauce od your choice.
