Steps

All veggies cut into thin slices. In a pan add oil, roast jeera & mustard seeds till cracked.

Now add all veggies to the pan & fry them till soft. Now add dry spices & puree. Add some drops of water & cover the masala with a lid for 2 min.

Idli cut into small pieces with a cutter. After that idlis & paneer, chunks add-in ready masala. Mix it very well.

Again add 3 tablespoon of water to the idli & cover it for 2 min. So that it would be fluffy & aromatic. When open the lid add garam masala.

Masala idli is ready for serve. We can prepare it before time & microwave it at breakfast time. Super soft, delious & light snack for any time.
