Sauté your chopped onions, garlic, baby carrots, red potatoes, corn and black pepper for several minutes…….

Next add in your 3 cheese chicken sausage and sauté for a few more minutes…….

Add into pot your chicken bouillon cubes and water, bring to a boil, then cover pot and lower heat and cook for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally…….

Next add in your evaporated milk and shredded cheddar cheese, cook on low heat, uncovered, until cheese has melted……
