2 cupscauliflower
As Per TasteSalt
1 spoonred chilli powder
2 spoonsoil
1/4 spoonturmeric powder
2 spoonscoriander powder
As required coriander leaves

Take a pan and add some oil.

Add potato, cauliflower, salt, and turmeric mix it, well cover, and cook 10 min.

Now add red chili powder, coriander powder, and coriander leaves and mix it well.

Ready to serve with roti or rice.
