Rich tomato onion gravy with well sauteed baby corn goes well with rice/roti with fresh salad.
Steps

Wash and chop baby corn,heat oil in a pan add chopped baby corn and pinch salt and saute it till soft.

Grind all ingredients for gravy with very little water to smooth.

Heat oil add bay leaf and saute till moisture evaporates and leaves oil on edges add masala powders,salt mix it cook for few minutes.

Add sugar and kasuri methi and baby corn mix it well add coriander leaves.

Baby corn masala curry is ready to serve with roti/rice.
