Take a Bowl and add 100 gms Black Chana and add Paneer to it.

Dry Roast Oats in a Pan and add this to the above mixture. Blend all three things together to form a thick crumbly Paste. Add water as per requirement while making a thick paste.

Make Round Tikkis of thick batter formed.

Preheat a Pan and drizzle some oil and shallow fry the Tikkis. Your Tikkis are ready to serve. Enjoyed by the kids too in their lunch boxes.
