30 ggarlic
50 mloil
100 mlsoy sauce
50 gsugar
10 gpepper
20 gsalt
40 mlapple cider vinegar
100 mltomato sauce
200 gchopped red pepper
300 gjulienne carrots
100 gonions
2 kgchicken cubes

Add oil and onions and garlic to saute in a pan

Fry chicken and add salt ad pepper

Mix together the honey, sugar, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar and add to chicken

Add the peppers carrots and tomato sauce and cook for a further 5 minutes

Serve with rice or noodles
