First wash the rice and soak 30 minutes then cook till rice is 80% cooked, then strain and spread in a flat dish and keep aside.

Heat butter in a kadai add chopped garlic, ginger and chopped green chillies and saute then add prawns and cook them 2 minutes.

Now add chopped carrots, beans, salt and cook on high flame. Then add spring onion and mix it well.

Now add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar and mix it properly well.

Now add cooked rice mix it and cook on high flame 2-3 minutes. Lastly add again chopped sring onion and turn off the flame. Prawn Fried Rice is ready to serve.
